1. Introduction

DynoxWall is presented through a static Astro landing page. The site does not provide user accounts, authentication, payments, a customer dashboard, or a DynoxWall-owned backend database.

Analytics are currently disabled. The landing page does not use advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or customer tracking services.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the demo request form, the landing page may collect the information you provide.

• name;
• email address;
• company or project name;
• technical qualification answers;
• optional incident description or message;
• preferred language and preferred next step;
• locale, page URL, landing version, source, medium, campaign, referrer, anonymous session identifier, and qualification result.

3. How We Use Information

• to respond to demo requests;
• to evaluate whether DynoxWall fits the infrastructure described in the request;
• to continue communication about a technical demo or limited pilot when appropriate.

4. Third-Party Processing (Formspree)

The demo request form is processed through Formspree. Formspree receives the submitted form payload and returns whether the request was accepted.

DynoxWall does not add a separate backend database for landing-page leads.

5. Data Retention

Demo request information is retained only as long as needed to review the request, respond to it, and continue communication related to the request.

A more specific retention or deletion schedule may be documented separately by the data controller.

6. Data Security

The landing page should be served over HTTPS in production. Form submissions are sent to the configured Formspree endpoint over HTTPS.

No payment data, account credentials, or customer dashboard data are collected by this landing page.

7. Your Rights

You may contact the data controller to ask about information submitted through the demo request form, request correction, or request deletion where applicable.

The available rights and response process depend on the applicable law and the data controller's approved privacy process.
